Vampire vs Werewolf Hop and Giveaway

Welcome to the Vampire vs Werewolf Blog Hop!
Some of the most intense conversations Blu and I have had over the years are who we think is the sexier Alpha male, the vampire or the werewolf. I prefer the werewolf, typically portrayed as the sexydominate bad boy, he's the one that you would think twice before bringing home to momma.

Blu prefers the vampire, who I call the "dapper dandy" often portrayed as Alpha in a quiet dominating way, often darkly sexy and charming.

Whose team do you root for? Team Werewolf or Team Vampire
Let us know which team you root for and your favorite Vampire or Werewolf paranomal novel and one lucky person will have a chance to win a $5 Amazon Gift Card.
Dont forget to check out the other bloggers and share your favorite paranormal alpha.

  1. don't really have a fave book (after all why would I want to pick just one sexy?) but I prefer werewolves over vampires as a general rule

  4. I like both races. I think both have some hot alpha males. I can't pick just one novel however some of my favorites are some by Sherrilyn Kenyon and Kresley Cole. There are others as well but both of these authors have a series with shapeshifters and they're some of my faves.
    Thanks,

  20. While I like the sexy Vampires, I like shifters of all kinds better. I am definitely TEAM WEREWOLF! There is just something about a sexy alpha werewolf that floats my boat! Maybe it's the whole "mate for life" thing. My favorite “Sexy Werewolf” is Smitty from Shelly Laurenston’s “The Beast In Him”. He is a real laid back kind of alpha male with a sexy southern charm and a body built by “good shifter genes” and the U. S. Navy Seals.

Some of my favorite Werewolf and Vampire books are the “Pack/Pride” series by Shelly Laurenston, the “Dragon Kin” series by G. A. Aiken, the “Freakn’” series by Eve Langlais, the” Anita Blake” series by Laurel K. Hamilton, the “Breeds” series by Lora Leigh, the “Granite Lake Wolves” by Vivian Arend, the “Dragon Knights” and “Tales of the Were” series by Bianca D’Arc and the “New Species” series by Laurann Dohner. All of these are must read and read again for me. If you haven’t tried them, you are missing out.

For Werewolf books I recommend Bianca D’Arc’s Tales of the Were series, and Shelly Laurenston’s Pack series.
Happy New Year and thanks for the chance to win. <^_^>

  30. I love how an attraction begins; the subtle flirtations that develop into a full-blown romance. I'll admit that I don't always need a happy ending (tragic romance can be just as enticing).

I'm vampire gal, myself. I have little love for creatures who get super-charged PMS at the full moon.

  60. What isn't there to love? ;) I do love watching the romance progress though, especially if there's tension along the way. I'm not a fan of insta-love though now that I think of it, so when it's taken slow it's more fun to enjoy the ride.
